Organization

Our company has been in family ownership since it was established in 1893 by Franz Zentis. The eleven partners represent the third generation. Four family members and three external staff form an advisory board to advise and supervise management.
Three managers have operational control at Zentis: Karl-Heinz Johnen (sales and marketing), Dietmar Otte (production and technology) and Stephan Jansen (finance, IT and organisation).
