Chocolate Pieces (Splits)

In 1998, Zentis became the first company to successfully produce dairy preparations with stable pieces of chocolate (splits). 
The unique feature of this innovation is that the chocolate does not dissolve in milk. Rather, it only melts when it reaches your mouth. Zentis followed this landmark innovation with more ingredient preparations for all types of products. When stirred into yogurt or sweet desserts, these pieces create exciting new variations – and always, the chocolate remains crunchy and delicious. Our stable chocolate pieces are versatile and can be combined with many fruit or warm flavor (coffee, vanilla, caramel) preparations. 
We’ve even taken this innovative concept further and applied the technique to fine chocolate powder.
