Fine Chocolate Powder

In 1998, Zentis became the first company to develop preparations with stable pieces of chocolate (splits). When stirred into yogurt or sweet desserts, these ingredients produce the popular “stracciatella” effect with the chocolate remaining permanently crunchy. Next, Zentis applied this patented process to the finest chocolate powder, also known as "fine plantation chocolate." This chocolate powder is particularly aromatic and features fine grains with a particle diameter of 1-3 mm.
This powder’s texture actually delivers tremendous cocoa flavor to dairy products. The stable, fine chocolate powder has many uses and processors may combine it with a number of fruit and warm flavor preparations.
