It’s clear that milk products can serve as "functional foods" – which positively affect a person’s health and well-being -- by adding natural fruit and vegetable extracts, minerals or calcium. In fact, numerous studies over the years continue to draw a direct relationship between a high consumption of fruit and vegetables and enhanced physical well-being. The natural protective effect of fruit and vegetables is based on the interplay of secondary plant substances (carotinoids, flavonoids etc.) and non-essential ingredients (vitamins, minerals etc.).

Zentis uses natural whole fruit and vegetables to carefully create its Bio-Power SPS fruit preparations. These include primary and secondary plant substances, as well as the majority of other bioactive ingredients in concentrated form. When developing these recipes, Zentis considers the sensory properties and all other aspects that could influence the stability of these functional components. We also ensure their organic availability.
