Marmalades, jams, fruit spread and fruit purees:

So that you can enjoy your marmalade, jam, fruit spread or puree even longer after opening, we would like to give you the following tips:

  • Please store marmalades, jams, fruit spreads or puree after opening principally in the refrigerator.
  • So that the full aroma of our fruity spreads unfolds we recommend you to take these out of the fridge about 5 minutes before enjoying them.
  • Marmalades, jams, fruit spreads or puree must be served always with a clean spoon which should not come in contact with the bread.

Diet-Jams:

Please observe the tips listed below especially with diet jams. Diet jams are distinguished by a low-calorie content, because the total sugar content is reduced by c.50%. The sugar used in conventional jams is replaced here by a noticeably smaller amount of fruit sugar and sweetener. This has the result that the preserving effect of the added sugar is reduced, whereby our diet jams are more sensitive in comparison to conventional jams.

Sweet Spreads:

So that you can enjoy your Sweet Spread even longer after opening, we would like to give you the following tip:

  • Please store the sweet spread at room temperature. The spread should not be put in the refrigerator or stand in warm rooms, as it can otherwise lead to undesired changes occurring in the spread.

Should Sweet Spread in spite of everything be stored on occasion at a too warm temperature, separation of the ingredients can occur. If you stir the spread again and store it at room temperature this is nevertheless suitable for further consumption.

Confectionery:

So that you can enjoy our manufactured confectionary for a long time, we would like to give you the following tips:

  • Please store our confectionary at room temperature. Do not leave it in warm rooms or put it in the refrigerator, as undesired changes in appearance or taste can occur.

If chocolate in spite of everything is stored at any one time at too warm a temperature and again cooled, a white or gray film can form. This film consists of fat crystals and does not present any serious variation in quality. The product is nevertheless still suitable for consumption.
